Life Insurance Policies For The Employees In Our Company?

Can anyone please suggest me the insurance policies for the employees in our company.It will be very helpful for me to go through my work.Immediate response will be appreciated.

You can offer Group personal Accidental policy , group health insurance policy to employees
You can plan leave encashment policy and Gratuity policy in LIC or anywhere to earn interest and leave encashment for company.
You can offer superannuation plans to your employees to save more taxes and will help to reduce attrition.
You can offer higher grades employees to purchase some term plans and adjust CTC according to that.

Always give details of background of the case. Covered under ESI? If yes, employees draw more than 21000 per month? Whether it is your initiative?
