I have recently joined an NGO with a national presence, therefore I need to know the minimum wage applicable all over India. Can somebody help me out with updated and simplified information on the same, please?

You need to pay the minimum wages applicable to each state. Therefore, you need to refer to the minimum wage notification given by each state. These are issued every 6 months (Jan-July or Mar-Sept). The details are given in it, and it is specific to each type of employment, so find the one that actually applies to you.
