Company Not Giving Gratuity - What Can Be Done?

I was work in XXX Engineering Ltd(Previously Known as XXX and Engineering Services Ltd) from 1 may 2007 to may 2016 but after serving 9 year company not giving my gratuity and one year salary from feb 2015 to jan 2016.
What should i do in this matter i send several mails to my president YYY but no one do nothing.

Contact your area labor inspector. There you need to find the commissioner for Gratuity settlement. There you will need to lodge a complaint. They will help you after that. Also you can resort to labor court. See this for gratuity Payment of Gratuity Act, Rules, Forms, Returns & All Other Information
For salary non payment, you can lodge a complaint with the same labor department under shops and establishment act. Also if you are covered under Payment of wages act, then recourse will also lie under that.

Labour is a state subject. So you have to lodge it at indore as the states are different.

How many employees were on the company roll when you separated from them? If the number was more than 10 the act was applicable otherwise it is not applicable.
