1.whether this format is available in the PF Portal or can we use excel format
2.We are using e tool. can we continue with same or any new one has come up in its place.
3.I seeking clarification because though the December is nearing PF portal is not active and I completely blank on this issue.

Dear Mr.Jayakrishna Garnayak, Thanx For Share That File, & dear Mr.N.Mohan dnt worry about it, new e-return tools will be available by EPFO website, all website (epfindia.com,ecr protal,online transfer portal,uan portal etc) are closed by epfo for update, and new website are as below
for Employer :
https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ (with old user id and password)
(now they merge three old portal in just one website)
in place of
1.ECR portal (for monthly return challan,Ann-II,Form-5a) (old : http://esewa.epfoservices.in/)
2.Online transfer portal (for UAN generation,KYC update,Dig.sign reg.)(employer login) (old: https://employerclaims.epfoservices.in/)
3.Online registration of establishment (for new pf code)(old : http://olre.epfoservices.in/) :

Thanks for the file formats . But i am not able to login to either EPF unified portal or PMRPY. It will return to the home page of EPF unified portal after giving user name and password. I tried clicking on forgot pass word to atleast change and login, but it is again not loading at all. As the time is nearing i am getting anxious but Not able to login.

UAN numbers of last month recruits have not been loaded in the site. For december , I have 4 new recruits. How are we supposed to create their UAN numbers and then generate ECR before 15th of Jan
