Company Deducting Both Side Esic From Ctc? - JPG Download

Sir, ESI contribution has been deducted on total amount of Rs. 16135/-. May I know what were the wages of the said employee in base month i.e. in October, 2016.

Point is that at the time of interview the hr didnt mention any deductions.. as she said that ur ctc is 18500.
At that time also there is no esic rules and main problem is dat
The employer side pf and esic both are deducted from his ctc..
And he dsnt know about that also the HR didnt mention anything.
This is the main problem.
