I worked for a company for one year. Now, I was serving my notice period. They fired me yesterday, claiming that I misbehaved with HR because I expressed my point of view regarding the issue of coming to work on Saturday, which is officially a day off, especially when I have no projects and am stuck. She found it offensive. Because of this, she fired me, claiming I misbehaved with her and refused the assigned duties. Now, they are not giving me the experience letter or documents.
