Confused About Your PF Withdrawal Amount? Here's How to Find the Right Contact for Help

I worked in an MNC for 3 years. After my resignation, I applied for my PF withdrawal. Then I got PF balance details as:

EE amount: 30273
ER Amount: 14783

But after the withdrawal procedure is done from my end, they transferred an amount of 28,570 to my account. I don't know whom I need to contact, EPFO or the Company? Please guide me.

Please visit the PF Regional/Sub-Regional office where you (previously worked). Carry your PF account number and check in at the reception; they will guide you to the particular section clerk. The clerk will have complete data regarding your PF and can assist you with the information.
