PF Withdrawal Rejected Due to Date Mismatch: What Should I Do Next?

I applied for PF withdrawal on 7th November (slip available). I just checked a few minutes ago and received an update on the portal stating that PF withdrawal was rejected due to a mismatch in joining/last date of working as per the last employer. I need to know what the next steps are regarding this issue.

Mr. Jai,

You may submit Form 5 and Form 10 (revised) to the concerned PF office, duly signed by your previous employer. These forms should be corrected to match your PF records. Please include a request letter referencing the portal rejection status.
