I have noticed that general Administration and HR administration often overlap. Could you please share your thoughts on this?

You may bifurcate the activities based on nature. For example, General Administration may include civil maintenance, transportation, landscaping, and fumigation/pest control administration. On the other hand, HR Administration may cover canteen management, guest house services, travel arrangements, hotel booking and ticketing, housekeeping, and overall security of the company. Other activities can be categorized according to their core nature.
