Salary Calculation Or Salary Structure In Bangladesh

Dear All,
Our company is venturing into Bangladesh in the Inspection field. We are planning to on board few employees (Bangladeshi National) in various level. However, we need to have their salary fixed. Hence, requesting you kindly to share any information how to calculate the salary (mainly the Statutory portion) so that we can take the whole process forward.
