I'm Abhishek from Bangalore, I'm a MBA graduate in HR and Marketing July 2016 passed out. I'm very much passionate about to work in HR profile. From past 4 months I'm looking for Job in HR profile. So far I had attended 7 companies for HR executive, HR back end process and IT recruitment. (I have to mention that I have a stammering) I had cracked first 2 rounds but failed to get into for final round of interview. I asked interviewer where I'm going wrong so, they told you have enough skill but you having a stammering so that we cant hire you. My question is People have stammering, does it mean that if they get hired they are not effective and efficient in their work? does that mean we people cannot have capability to deliver positive output and results for the organisation? or does it mean stammering of an employee will effect the organisation or his work?
