Pro Rata Annual Leave Salary Calculation

I wants to understand how pro rata annual leave salary is calculated. I need all the information pertaining to pro rata.

Whether it is establishhment or factory? What is quantum of annual leave under establishhment act.
If it fixed annual leave then you have divide it by 12 months to arrive monthly prorata leave. If an employee has worked for more than half working days, than she / he will be eligible for prorata leave for that month.
