Worked For 5 Months - Eligible For PF Amount?

Hi Sir,
This is Shiva prasad. I have few doubts regarding PF amount.
I have worked for AXIS BANK for 5months in 2015(May13-Oct14). present am not working for any company. Am I eligible for PF or not. Till today I didn't take any PF amount from AXIS.
If I am eligible How can I get that PF amount?

Yes,you are eligible for PF.You may ask HR to do so.She will ask few documents like crossed cheque of urs.Then after 3 months from the last working day the amount will be reflected in your account.

You can claim EPF amount only. Unless and until six months service is completed, you cannot claim EPS amount.
