Is it mandatory for he to provide Reliving Letter and Experience letter on Company's Letter Head. or Reliving Letter and Experience letter can be given on mail also and things are shorted .......

It should be given on organisation's letter head only, mail might be an option but not the perfect one..

Experience Certificate is always given on the Letter Head of the Company, wherein the Company certifies the employee being worked with the said company for the period mentioned. Otherwise it does not carry any worth/value

It is inherent in the employer-employee relationship that the employee be given relieving letter and experience certificate on his resignation or termination of contract of service> More than mandatory, it is an ethical practice.
