I applied for the position of HR Technical Recruiter at an IT company. During the interview, I was asked a few questions that I struggled to answer well:
1) How do you remember the candidate's details when submitted for a requirement?
2) How will you brand our company?
3) How can you convince a candidate to accept a 3-month contract if they are currently a permanent employee?
4) How can we ensure that the candidate joins on the given date? How do we build rapport with candidates?
5) What is the first step you take after sourcing resumes?
