Is It Safe to Share My Family's Aadhaar Details with My Employer in Maharashtra?

My company is asking for Aadhaar details of my wife & children (as per the advice of the labor consultant). He is saying that these details are required as per government rules. Ours is a private limited company with manufacturing activities, situated in Maharashtra. Kindly guide me on whether I should share Aadhaar details of my family.

For adding them as ESIC beneficiaries, it is required. You can ask in a purpose-specific way.
