Navigating EPF Claims: What Documents Do You Need for EPS 10D, 10C, and Form 19?

What are the necessary enclosures that must be attached with EPS 10D, EPS 10C, and EPF Form 19 when submitting for a claim.

While forwarding the claim to the PF office, it is better to attach Form 5, Form 10, Form 3A (for the last period of the claimant), and a Break Particular sheet for the sake of our ex-employee. Even though they are not specifying such attachments, it is to make it easier for them to speed up the claim.
