I am new to the HR field. Our company has given me the opportunity to work in the legal department. We are located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
My question is, under the Factories Act 1948, we have to maintain a lot of registers and forms. Additionally, the Karnataka Factories Rules also contain many forms and registers. In this scenario, which rules should we follow? For example, Form 6 under the Factories Act 1948 is different from Form 6 under the Karnataka rules.
Please assist me in this matter.
