Concerned About PF Contribution if Terminated for Misconduct? Seeking Advice on Employer's Share

My relative is employed with a reputed private organization. He has been suspended on the grounds of misconduct, which was a verbal argument with his senior.

I wanted to know if, in case he is terminated, will his PF contribution of the employer's share be withheld by the employer.

Request information regarding the matter.

The contribution by the employer gets deposited with the PF department. It cannot be withheld by the employer.
