Firstly, regulations related to labor laws, environment, health, and safety need to be adhered to. Make a comprehensive list of all the applicable legislations in your case and check whether the same has been enforced in your company.

Ask your auditors for their compliance checklist, or you may even obtain the same from Underwriters Laboratories (UL), BVQI, or any other certification body for that matter.

Visit the websites of WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production), ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative), SA 8000 (Social Accountability). Read the standards thoroughly; it will help you in keeping abreast of social and EHS compliance.

Lastly, do check the website of SEDEX too.
