Dear Sri SR Balaji,
This is very good presentation and some how I had missed it when you posted it in the year 2016.
It is a general treatise that treats EI and EQ in the same footing.
Some people distinguish the same which might be more of an academic interest.
This general awareness is itself can take a reader to good levels of self development and interpersonal relationship improvement.
For the record now EI 2.0 has also come.
