Heart attack while at work - Any human rights law which is applicable and makes it company's liability?

My father had a heart attack while at work. The company has admitted to the hospital but not providing any financial support.
Insurance company limit is given only Rs 50,000 and Rs our expenses 200,000 was pending.

1) First visit the site below and see whether the type of job your father was doing is a scheduled employment under Workmen Compensation Act.
2) If yes then your father will be paid workmen compensation. The calculation is also given in the same site.
3) Also if your father is no longer able to go to office, use Sickness Benefit under ESIC.
