Change The PF No Of Particular Employee?

hello,
i want to comes to if we enter wrong pf no of an employee & submit the challan of PF then how can i change the PF no of particular employee. Actually a employee left from the org. after some time he again the join our org. and i have enter his other employee PF no by mistakake. Now how can i edit PF no. Aslo he has got UAN no.

for rectification of any specific wrong challan submit form 3A of the specific wrong challan and 12A manually, so that the accounts department can make rectification of same.
if the same is done for several months then discuss the issue with department, as after completion of form 23 (annual accounts) its not possible to transfer
