Is the Central Government Covering Employer's EPS Contributions for New Hires?

Dear Senior/Seniors,

I would like to inquire if there has been an amendment to the EPFO regarding the employer's contribution to EPS being paid by the Central Government for new employees for 3 years. If so, kindly provide me with the notification and the process for implementing this change.
