I am used to working with salary statements in Excel only. I will need payroll software to be used and all the facilities included in that payroll software.

I require ESI & PF online portal details (from the first to the last step in PDF or PPF or DOC).

Mr. Uday, you can download the ESIC format to submit the challan. In this format, you have to fill in the insurance number, gross wage, number of days, and reason code. All the steps to submit the ESIC are written in this format. To access this format, you need to open your organization number and password that have been set. After that, you can download the Excel format from the monthly contribution file.

Can anyone give me the format for a "PAY SLIP" for daily workers paid on an hourly basis and receiving all benefits at the end of the month?
