To achieve the quality objectives you need to prepare the detailed departmental & functional policies & procedures, Process flows, necessary templates, Metrics etc

ISO is not considered as so important now a days. It is basically important for manufacturing company to ensure traceability. For your kind of business there could be other quality standards. Google to find.
