Confused About HR Titles? Difference Between "HR Assistant Manager" and "Assistant Manager - HR"?

Seniors, please clarify, a tricky designation-based query.

I need to know the difference in designation between "HR Assistant Manager" and "Assistant Manager - HR." Please clarify, are they both the same? Why do some people say "Assistant Manager - HR" and others say "HR Assistant Manager"?

While appreciating the inquisitiveness behind your query, I am unable to find any 'trick' underlying such nomenclature. We can see General Managers-HR simply called 'Head-HR' in some organizations.
