I'm a new Human Resource Supervisor, and I'm going to create a form for a skill map. Can anyone help me?

The basic first step would be to identify the skills for each position. If you already have the skills ready with you, ask the Superiors/HODs to find the gap between skills required and skills available for their team. If you research on this site, you will find a number of forms. You can relate it with your requirement and prepare new forms.
