hi friends...
need your help in preparing a questionnaire for project in recruitment and selection in a manufacturing unit. i have a questionnaire ready with me but my project guide wants something more in it. can you please help me?

i tried both the sites. the essex one does not run and the other one was really complicated. my project is on recruitment and selection for middle and top management in a manufacturing unit. my project guide wants me to change my existing questionnaire. its a high time now and i really need ur help.

Kindly do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Then, form your hypotheses to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Hello Deepika,
I would like to know what this project was all about and for what course. The questionnaire is too simplistic as most of the questions are categorical and require only one of two responses (Yes/No). I wonder why the repost required 3 forms of display (A table, a graph, and a narrative).

n yep i have dne d literature survey..
as fr aim of my study is to identify the various startegies used specifically for retaining FC in an insurance industry.
i did a sort of pilot testing n framed my hypothesis as retention of FC is an important area of concern in the insurance sector!
what i'm unsure about is whether this hypothesis to be tested frm mangers or FCs point of view!
please provide ur valuable guidance on this..

From what you state, there will be no hypotheses to test. You seem to be interested in conducting exploratory research.

I have briefly scanned the project and found the hypotheses as follows
The hypotheses of the study are: -
• Absenteeism affects and reduces organizational productivity.
• Logical outlook towards various problems was more prominent among regular attendees than absentees.
• Older employees have greater commitment towards their work.
What hypothese are you setting out to prove/disprove?
