Need Help Enhancing My Recruitment and Selection Questionnaire for a Manufacturing Project

I need your help in preparing a questionnaire for a project on recruitment and selection in a manufacturing unit. I have a questionnaire ready with me, but my project guide wants something more in it. Can you please help me?

I tried both sites. The Essex one does not run, and the other one was really complicated. My project is on recruitment and selection for middle and top management in a manufacturing unit. My project guide wants me to change my existing questionnaire. It's high time now, and I really need your help.

Kindly do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Then, form your hypotheses to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparations for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

I would like to know what this project was all about and for what course. The questionnaire is too simplistic as most of the questions are categorical and require only one of two responses (Yes/No). I wonder why the repost required 3 forms of display (A table, a graph, and a narrative).

Thank you for reaching out. I have some knowledge of SPSS, and I have completed the literature survey. The aim of my study is to identify the various strategies specifically used for retaining FC in the insurance industry. I conducted a sort of pilot testing and framed my hypothesis around the importance of retaining FC in the insurance sector.

I am uncertain whether this hypothesis should be tested from the managers' perspective or the FCs' point of view. I would appreciate your valuable guidance on this matter.

From what you state, there will be no hypotheses to test. You seem to be interested in conducting exploratory research. Please read my posts on Research Methodology and also see project samples attached to my post.

I have briefly scanned the project and found the hypotheses as follows:

The hypotheses of the study are:

- Absenteeism affects and reduces organizational productivity.
- Logical outlook towards various problems was more prominent among regular attendees than absentees.
- Older employees have greater commitment towards their work.

What hypotheses are you setting out to prove/disprove?

Regarding my project, the hypothesis is focused on the retention of FC, which is an important area of concern for the insurance industry. I will be testing whether the stated hypothesis is true or not.

If that's your hypothesis, then you should be preparing a questionnaire to industries to find out how important it is to retain their consultants and why. After this exploratory research, you can prepare a quantitative questionnaire to give to more companies and then statistically analyze their responses.

Please provide a questionnaire based on recruitment and selection of employees. I am working on my project related to the iron ore industry. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Please provide enough information to assist you. For example, where are you studying, for what purpose, and in what mode? Do you have a tutor guide? Have you conducted any literature survey to explore what others have done, how, and why they did it that way? Where will you conduct the survey? Do you have a mentor for the survey location? Who will participate in the survey? Have you established the aim, objectives, and hypotheses for your study?

I can continue with more questions. My guidance primarily involves asking questions, and I don't possess pre-made questionnaires or literature reviews to distribute. I also need to follow the same process when advising students, which entails searching the web and adapting the findings.

Hello sir, I am doing a summer project in a power manufacturing unit in Mumbai. The project title is "Benchmarking of the Recruitment Process."

Project Overview

I have one mentor from the company and another from college. They want me to include a study of the recruitment process with other companies in the power sector, sources of recruitment and selection, and interview processes for the corporate and regional sites.

Expected Outcomes

The expected outcomes from the project are to provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, and timeliness in recruitment and selection. I have conducted a literature review and also reviewed your post on research methodology. I have planned the sequence of activities, but I am having difficulty in preparing the questionnaire. I have a list of questions prepared, but I am unsure of how to sequence them in the right order.

My entire analysis will be based on the questionnaire, so I want to make it concise and effective in extracting maximum information.
