Dear Manisha,

Your organization will fall under shops and establishments. Hence, from the above notification, you need to consider the 1st sector which is S&E. These are minimum wages. Obviously, in the majority of cases, wages are at par. You only have to ensure employee wages shouldn't be lower than the minimum wages.
