We at PeopleSense hire talent for different industries with a major focus on Energy, Healthcare, and Hospitals across various levels. Since we recruit doctors (various specialties for different levels - from RMO to Consultant level) for many hospitals, we often face a shortage of data. We utilize the Naukri portal, references, and LinkedIn for our recruitment process.

Please suggest any possible ways to access a larger number of doctors' profiles. If anyone can provide guidance on data portals, networking platforms, or any other methods to gather such profiles, it would be greatly appreciated.

You can try using Indeed; it has a good database of doctors. Similar to LinkedIn, PlexusMD.com is a healthcare network where you can create your profile and get connected to doctors.
