I need help from all experienced people regarding HR roles. For a long time, I have been working in a job after completing my MBS in HR specialization. However, I lack practical experience in HR activities. Recently, I started working in admin coordination at a company, but I aspire to transition into an HR role specifically. Could you please advise me on how I can make this transition? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, I have completed PGDMB and then pursued MBS (Master in Business Studies). The syllabus of MBS is similar to that of a regular MBA program, with some topics exempted. We either follow the MBA syllabus for our studies. The program is named MBS because it is a 2-year part-time course designed for working individuals who are unable to attend classes during the day. Classes are held in the evening for 4 hours daily at Pune University.
