Stuck in Notice Period: How Can I Get Released from My Job Sooner?

Taj Baba khan
Dear all,

I have submitted my resignation in my current organization, but they are not releasing me on the specified date mentioned in the letter. I have also expressed my willingness to pay the buyout amount to the HR and RSM, but they have not accepted it. The HR has informed me via email that the notice period is at least ninety days.

Is there any way to obtain a relieving from my current organization before the completion of the notice period?

Urgent. Please advise.

Thanks

Clause No. 08

"Once you are a confirmed employee, your service will be liable to termination by either party given 3 months' notice OR pay in lieu of the notice period subject to the discretion of the management."

However, I had already served 45 days after submitting my letter and requesting to be relieved, but they refused. The company's only intention seems to be to sabotage the offer I received from a future company.

Please, help.

According to labor law, the company will deduct the notice period from the employee's Basic salary if the employee has urgent work and is unable to continue working.
