Navigating PF Claims for Nepal Employees in India Without Aadhar – How Do We Solve This?

Dear Seniors,

For employees from the Nepal region, there is no passport and visa process to enter India. They are working all over India. Now, an Aadhar card is mandatory for PF claims. However, they do not have an Aadhar card in India. How can we process their PF claims? Please share your views.

With reference to your query, you may consider providing your PAN card and employee citizenship certificate for PF processing and claim purposes.

For UAN generation, the PF system/website/application has the option to enter the details of Aadhar card only.
