Hi,

Aadhar Card is not mandatory. It is voluntary. So, don't make it compulsory for one and all.

You should be concerned only with the ID proof, whatever the employee is able to provide.

Dear All,

Aadhar card is not mandatory, but if the service is less than 05 years and the amount is above 30,000/- Rs., then a PAN card is mandatory. However, Nepal employees do not have a PAN card. In Nepal, there is only one ID - the Nepal Citizen Card. According to the EPF Act, Nepal employees are not considered international workers. So, how can they withdraw their EPF amount?

Kindly revert.
