I only had 11 days left to complete my one year at the company. My last month's salary and deposit were forfeited, and I was told to take legal action. Please guide me on what legal steps I can take in this situation.

2) Go to the labor department under the Payment of Wages Act along with the Shops and Establishment Act.
3) Register a FIR with the police under section 420 for cheating.
4) Find a Trade Union in your industry and ask for help.
