Provident Fund Registers and Documents Now Online

The Ministry of Labor and Employment has decided to maintain all PF-related documents or registers in a digital/electronic format over the internet. These documents are mandated by labor law and other business establishments and are integrated with the Shram Suvidha Portal.

The whole idea has come up keeping in mind the difficulty in maintaining the huge volumes of data physically. This change is sure to simplify the processes, data management, and monitoring of these voluminous data by the labor law enforcement agencies. Once this change is integrated with the Shram Suvidha Portal, information will be available in real-time to both the establishment and the enforcement authorities.

I am unable to upload the PDF documents (590kb) on the Shram Suvidha portal during the registration of PF & ESIC. When we are trying to upload the documents, it is taking more and more time to upload, but, ultimately, it is not getting uploaded.

So, I request you to suggest how I can upload the document on the portal so that we can complete the registration process.
