We are opening up an ice cream parlour and other ready made eatables in an IT park in chennai. We are acquiring a TIN Registration.
Please confirm, if we also need to register under "Shops & Establishment Act, TN".

There is no provision for Regn of Shops or Commercial Estt in Tamil Nadu. Therefore you need not worry about Regn of your estt in Tamil Nadu.
