Starting an Ice Cream Parlor in Chennai IT Park: Do We Need Shops & Establishment Registration?

We are opening up an ice cream parlor and other ready-made edibles in an IT park in Chennai. We are acquiring a TIN registration. Please confirm if we also need to register under the "Shops & Establishment Act, TN."

There is no provision for Registration of Shops or Commercial Establishments in Tamil Nadu. Therefore, you need not worry about registering your establishment in Tamil Nadu.
