How Should I Break Down Salaries for Compliance with ESIC, PF, and PT? Need Help!

Hello,

We are a Facility Management Company in Maharashtra, and I am looking for a format of the Salary Breakup for my Office Staff. Currently, I'm offering them Rs. 24,000/- and Rs. 12,000 consolidated but want to start with their compliances soon. I need a breakdown with the above costs including ESIC/PF/PT.

Salary Components and Calculation Help Needed

These are the components we need to calculate salary: Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Medical Reimbursement, Special Allowance, PF (Employer's Contribution), and ESI (Employer's Contribution). Can you all please help me calculate the percentage contribution for all these components? I need this urgently.

I don't know how to structure the salary as I am new to the HR Generalist profile. Previously, I only had experience in recruitment. Is there anyone online who can clarify my doubts right now?
