Confused About EPFO Deductions and Pension Eligibility After Job Change? Let's Discuss!

Dear Members,

I request you to clarify the following EPS points:

1) I am receiving reduced pension from EPFO for 13 years of service that ended in 2001.
2) After a break, I joined a new organization in 2009, and they are deducting EPF from my salary.
3) Since I am already receiving a reduced pension, can I request the Management to stop deducting EPF from my salary?
4) Can I then ask for EPF settlement after the waiting period, or am I eligible for a second-time pension benefit?

Please clarify.

Instead of surrendering reduced pension, can I go for a full EPF settlement?
