Getting Reduced Pension From EPFO

Dear Members,
Request you to clarify me on the following EPS points.:
1) Getting reduced pension from EPFO ( for 13 years service ended 2001).
2) After a break Joined new organization in 2009 and they are deducting EPF from salary.
3) Already receiving reduced pension, can I request Management to stop deducting EPF from salary.
4) Then can I ask for EPF settlement after waiting period. or am I eligible for 2nd time pension benefit.
Please clarify.

you have to surrender the old PPO in fevor of linking with current EPF account,
log in here with present employment and link the same
One Employee One PF

Instead of surrendering reduced pension can I go for full EPF settlement
