Cement Industry Minimum Wages For Contract Employees

Can i know the cement industries following which MW state Government MW or Central MW and shall i know the category of the industry

Dear Sir,
Cement Industries have a Cement Wage Board, if member of CMA.By virtue of it, CMA and trade union federations sign agreement in their joint meetings.Also, some Cement manufacturing Units are not member of CMA, hence Wage board is not applicable . In that situation units located in respective States will observe State Wage Notified rates, a notional wages.Pl. do google search and locate the desired details.You will have to study MW rates and strength of your unit before executing the notification.
