Employee Engagement Survey Analysis - Employee Survey

Currently I am doing a project on Employee Engagement Survey Analysis and want to know what are the tolls that i should use while analysing ... the categories were Inter department , intra department , Workplace etc...
Would like to know the tools that will help me build better Analysis. Any .ppt or word Doc will also be of Help.

Intedepartment and intradepartment analysis is a good one since it gives you a detailed picture about the extent of engagemetn among your staff.
for both intra and inter departmental analysis, calculate engagement scores according to the names of each of the department. secondyl, to know if there are any significant variations in intra or inter department, Incompute fvalues. that's it . Incase any help in statistical analysis, let me know.
