Seeking Tool Recommendations for Effective Employee Engagement Survey Analysis

Currently, I am working on a project regarding Employee Engagement Survey Analysis and would like to know which tools I should utilize for the analysis. The categories include Interdepartmental, Intradepartmental, Workplace, etc.

I am seeking recommendations for tools that will assist me in creating a more robust analysis. Any PowerPoint or Word documents would also be greatly appreciated.

Intedepartment and intradepartment analysis is a good one since it gives you a detailed picture about the extent of engagement among your staff. For both intra and interdepartmental analysis, calculate engagement scores according to the names of each of the departments. Secondly, to determine if there are any significant variations in intra or interdepartmental engagement, compute F values. That's it.
