How To Send Email To Employees For Diwali Gift Distribution?

Please help me. In our company, we have bought some gifts for all employees and plan to give them this evening. I don't know how to compose the email for this and have to send it to all employees. Please share some email format along with some good quotes.

In my opinion, there is no need to send an email to any candidate for a Diwali gift. Please ask a senior member or the Head of Department to distribute gifts hand to hand to each employee. This will create bonding within the team, and everyone can wish each other personally in the team.

Please send any office boy or Admin officer to their workplaces for gift distribution. If they are working in another city, then courier the gifts to their home address.
