How To Send Email To Employees For Diwali Gift Distribution?

Hi Seniors,
Please help me, In our company we have bought some gift for all employees & plan to give today evening I dont know how to compose the mail for this and have to send to all employees plz share some mail format with some good quotes

As per my opinion ; no need to send an email to any candidate for Diwali gift, Please ask senior member or HOD to distribute gifts hand to hand to each employee.
I t will create bonding between the team and also every one can wish each other personally in team.

Thank you for your kind response Sir, Surely I will aacept this but since some of the employees are working in client place how to inform them.

Send any office boy or Admin officer to their work places for gift distribution. If they working in other city than courier the gifts at their home address
