Struggling to Find Organizations with Grievance Systems for My MBA Report – Can You Help?

Hi all, I am Sumit Gupta, a first-year MBA student from a reputed B-school in Delhi. As part of my curriculum, I have to submit a report on "Grievance Management Systems." It would be great if someone could guide me on what process/structure I should follow in my report.

Challenges in Finding Organizations

I wanted to study the system in a few organizations in Delhi and then add my inputs, but the problem is I am not able to find organizations that have a structured grievance management system. If anyone can direct me to any such organization, it would be very helpful.

Developing a Questionnaire

I am also working on a questionnaire which I can send to my friends in different organizations to get information on the system that is being followed in their organization. Kindly suggest some questions that I can include in my questionnaire.
