Best Employee of the Year 2016 Award Decision
In our company, it has been decided to give the Best Employee of the Year 2016 award. Two employees have been selected for the award. However, we need to evaluate the best employee based on performance and attendance.
One employee is coming on a regular basis, but his performance is average. He has taken 10 leaves until October 2016. On the other hand, the second employee has taken 15 leaves until October 2016, but his performance is outstanding.
So, in your opinion, which employee is the best for the award? Please advise me with specific examples at your earliest convenience.
