Fraudulent Commitments Internal Politics

JD_Patel
I'm Clinical trials professional, holding Master's Degree on same.

I'm victim of being accused, Harrase, Abused, used, and then forced to leave.

Many issues , as follows,

1) Confirm Job offer by e-mail without any salary mentioned. No salary structure, No SOP following, No ID , Non Compliance to Commitments upon joining, False Promises, Offered less than agreed/confirmation email salary, fraud promise to Settlement within 6 month, excuse of misunderstanding even after written evidence,

No salary structured, offered less than basic, Unnecessary irrelevant deductions , False Promises of confirmation, Commitments to compensate in 6 months.... Deductions are as per Executive Employee, & Benefits of apprentice....

Trusted HR Commitments to waiting for 6 month, even after confirmation. No compliance of promise, Variable Statements changes upon variable time, & lastly Forced to resign, & no Salary Provided, Considered Leave without Notice period, No Compensation even after a month, As I forced to resign due to insecurity of senior's past MisCounducted work. Politics of Abusing, harrasing, warning physical harm to Employee.....

I want to sue whatever ways, by Chance, as per IPC acts , laws, I've enough evidence to Sue employer, & HOD. Already notified In detailed to all applicable Govt Authorities as well as Foreign Ministry about critical MisCounduct of HOD, & to secure on job , they ruined my career, it cost me Financial lost, as they already deducted Salary, and now not responding to provide due, & LTA , deny to provide Fuel cost bill for serving Daily.

I already invested 200 / Day own Money, by trusting their words to wait .. provide Legal Whistle blower advisor, I don't want other to victimised again...

This is not yet a criminal matter. if they have forged a document and gave that to you then you can bring Section 420 along with 468. Other then that it is not a IPC issue. Its more of a Civil Problem.
The better way is to start a prosecution under Shops and Establishment act of your state. Go to your city labor office, lodge a written complaint about pending wages. They will take up the matter.
If they have not made your contribution in PF and ESI. Then you can file complain in that too.
Also you can go to Labor Court under Industrial Dispute Act. But more info on nature of your employer is warranted.
