If at all you are really passionate about your career into HR yes certainly you can do some certification courses or PG Diploma in HR or mean while you can learn HR modules and keep trying the opportunity
Even in this forum there are lots of discussions about the HR subject where in you can learn a lot

Thanks jeevarathnam for sharing your opinion. I will definately start going through hr modules and simultaneously start searching for good options. However just want to know, that is it necessary to start hr career by working into consultancy. Actually i interested into recruitment and performance management area.can someone advise me on this
NANDISS
Are you interested in HR so you can learn all HR activity not for particular Recruitment & Performance Management area.
My suggestion is you can learn all Legal and statutory compliance which is useful for HR career.
Tejeshri
Thank you nandiss for your suggestion, i will surely have a look into legal and statutory compliance.
