PF Calculation Based On Working Days In Month

Dear all, please share what is the rule for PF deduction of an employee depending on the number of days he worked in a month.
Is the pf deuction is fixed irrespective of working days in month or is it variable !
Also, share what is the crieteria of HRA deduction in metro cities.

Basic + DA × 12% Only the calculation. if LOP, it will be reduced.

Input sheet for PF portal should have salary earned data, besides other data.

How can the PF deduction be fixed, if the employee has only worked 1 days then he/she must not be earning even the PF Contribution. Hence it is always calculated on the earned days
