Dear HR Folks, A Letter Petition dated 9th January 2016 against the Plight of Contractual White Collar Workers in India and the Functioning of Legal Aid Institutions in India has been admitted as a PIL by the Honorable Supreme Court of India and is UNDER PROCESS since 16.01.2016.
