Struggling to Find Employee KYC Documents for Approval in EPFO? Need Guidance!

I am working as an HR Associate. I have a query regarding PF and KYC Approvals. If an employee uploads their KYC document, where should the employer see it for approval? I have checked individual claim portals and KYC approvals, but I couldn't find the uploaded KYC details. Can someone please help me with this?

OTCP > approve KYC before approval, collect the document copy from the employee, and match the numbers/details. Once approved, it is deemed that the employer is "confirming" the KYC.

After logging in and attempting to approve the KYC, the site redirects me to https://java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp for downloading Java, which is already installed on my system. This is crucial, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance on how to proceed with this matter.

After DSC renewal in EPFO, we are unable to approve KYC through DSC. The site shows a message to go to Java and update. I have tried many times, but the same message continues to appear. Could someone please advise on the settings and how to proceed with the KYC approval?
